Installation guide

(1) System requirement - XP/Vista with BIG5 regional setting enabled with Sound Card.
    30M disk space in C:Drive
**  If you are using English version of XP/Vista,
    make sure the Regional and Language Options is set correctly:
	control panel-->Regional and Language Options-->Advanced
-->Chinese(Taiwan) or Chinese(Hong Kong S.A.R)

(2) Unzip the downloaded file speakd03.zip to a temp directory. (eg. "c:\temp")

(3) In the temp folder, run Install.bat

(4) ALL files will be installed in  "c:\speakd03\"

(5) In order to read English, you have to set the Windows Text to Speech options:

    control panel-->Speech-->Text To Speech-->Microsoft Sam
    adjust the speed if necessary.
